“Providing ready-access to higher education is one of Genesee Community College’s leading priorities, and our late start course schedule is one of the many ways we try to achieve this goal. The fall semester starting at the end of August can be a challenge for some families, especially those with younger children at home. So our twelve-week and eight-week sessions are perfect for many people,” Dr. Virginia (Ginny) Taylor, vice president for Student and Enrollment Management Services said. “We also offer classes on the weekends and during Winterim, which is through the semester break.”
