Batavia, NY-From accounting to veterinary tech, there are more than 60 academic programs to choose from at Genesee Community College, and area residents can learn more about them during Walk-In Wednesday at all seven campus locations this summer. Prospective students who apply for admission or enroll in fall classes could have a happier summer, as well as a brighter future—as each GCC location is giving away a pair of tickets to Darien Lake Theme Park after each Walk-in Wednesday!
All seven campus centers will welcome potential students during Walk-In Wednesdays in June, July and August. From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., each location will give prospective students assistance in completing the online application, schedule appointments with financial advisors, discuss career aspirations and academic success strategies, while helping to complete the college admissions process. Visitors can spend time surfing the course catalog, the fall schedule, scholarship opportunities, and ultimately, a lucky applicant each week at each campus location could “Ride the Wave” at the new SplashTown at Darien Lake with a pair of tickets.

- June 13, 20 and 27
