Men's Soccer Stays Unbeaten on the Road

The GCC Men's Soccer team continued their good form as they won 3-0 at Jefferson CC on Tuesday. The Cougars started off strong with plenty of possession but did not get their opening goal until late in the first half when a Peter Keegan (Dublin, Ireland) cross was deflected into the Jefferson goal by one of their own defenders.

The Cougars started off strong with plenty of possession but did not get their opening goal until late in the first half when a Peter Keegan (Dublin, Ireland) cross was deflected into the Jefferson goal by one of their own defenders. The Cougar's went into halftime with a 1-0 lead.

The Cougars were soon up 2-0 after Sean Brettell's (Welwyn Garden City, England) shot was parried by the keeper into the path of Ryan Dunne (Dublin, Ireland) who drove the rebound into the roof of the net. Brettell rounded out the scoring for the Cougar's with the assist going to Theo Stamatopolous (Norwich, England). Jack West (Nottingham, England) kept another clean sheet for the Cougars making 4 clean sheets in 5 games.
