GCC rolled over Jefferson CC Saturday in the fist game of the Mohawk Valley CC tournament 72 - 24. GCC lead at the half 39 - 13, and continued to pour it on in the 2nd half. Freshman, Jasmine Armstead led the cougars with 14 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals.

GCC rolled over Jefferson CC Saturday in the fist game of the Mohawk Valley CC tournament 72 - 24.
GCC lead at the half 39 - 13, and continued to pour it on in the 2nd half. Freshman, Jasmine Armstead led the cougars with 14 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals. Kristie Laurey added 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 picks.
Megan McClurg scored 10 points for the Lady Cougars and Freshman Mary Cain controlled the boards with 10 total rebounds.
Collectively the team had a total of 21 steals and shot 41.6 % from the field.
