The Arcade Campus Center of Genesee Community College is pleased to host “Nature’s Edible Art” by local amateur photography club, View Finders. The exhibit will run June 19 through September 4 at the Arcade Campus Center located at 25 Edward Street. The Western New York Chapter of View Finders, directed by professional photographer Bonita Chimes, returns to Genesee Community College for the fourth consecutive year.

The View Finders exhibit will feature the native, wild and perennial plants of Western New York that are edible. The photographs have been taken as viewed “through the lens” and have not been digitally manipulated. The exhibit is not only a collection of breathtaking perspectives, but also an education in what plants can be found in this area that can be eaten.

View Finders established in 1994 has been an ongoing adventurous group of amateur and professional photographers throughout WNY and in Northern California. For information on participating in next year’s exhibit call 916-988-7887 or 716-492-4422
