Forward Chelsea Williams (Brockport, NY) was named to the All-Region 1st Team, while Forward Jessie Jaszko (Batavia, NY) and Midfielder Dzindzi Asamoah-Wade (Rochester, NY) were each named to the All-Region 2nd Team.

The Lady Cougars will head to the district playoffs to take on Holyoke Community College this Saturday, November 7th.
