Genesee falls to Delhi in a hard fought battle!
Genesee CC played a hard fought game but fell to Delhi Sunday afternoon 13 - 10.

Genesee CC got off to a slow start falling behind in the 1st quarter 5 -1, but stormed back in the 2nd and 3rd quarters to get the game to within a one goal difference. Delhi held off Genesee CC's momentum in the 4th quarter to win the game.

Genesee CC was lead on offense by four players; Cory Blackburn and Max Muscato both had 3 goals and 2 assists, Eric Sawyer had 3 goals and Loyld Chyrsler had one goal and 2 assists. The defense played a strong game with goalie Coty Brawdy making 18 saves, while Don Knavel, Ross Johnson, Dan Walcazak, Zach Metzger and Wesley Dillon all had 5 or more groundballs and played strong defense against a high powered Delhi attack.

Genesee CC is back in action Thursday April 2nd at Alfred State. Both teams have 2 - 1 records and it should be another competitive game.
