The Genesee Community College men’s soccer team improved their record to 4-0 on the season with two road victories this past weekend. They first went into a tough atmosphere at Fulton Montgomery CC and came away with a solid 4-0 win and then were able to finish the weekend off by defeating Cayuga CC 5-2. The men’s soccer team has now outscored their opponents 26-2 on the season. Tristan Watson led the way with 3 goals and 3 assists in those two games while Victor Gonzalez and Christopher Simm continued to be great resources for the team. Tristan Watson is now 2nd in the nation in scoring with 7 goals and 8 assists; Christopher Simm is 16th in the nation with 5 goals and 2 assists and Victor Gonzalez is 20th in the nation with 5 goals and 1 assist. The men’s team looks to continue their success on Tuesday September 19 against Jefferson CC at home with a 4:00 pm kickoff.
